Making a dome step 2 Making a dome step 3. This wet cotton bud technique works really well and more PVA can be introduced to produce a dome that is remarkable strong when dry. The adequate supply of PVA thus introduced lubricates and ensure that the inside of the dome remains wetted and maleable The inner plate stops the PVA oozing out onto your pinky - but can slip out of place. How to double up a part note 2 Making a hole option 3 Dishing a part note 2 Note position of my second finger behind blade Roll into compressable surface (felt pad or palm of hand) with dowel, pen or similar PVA glue sticks faster than superglue if clamped Don`t crease card simply press down with knife blade onto compressable surface Use a cocktail stick in pierced hole to place part Nail snippers will cut through 5 or 6 thicknesses of card Rolling the dome, more pictures to follow Snap blades with pliers to preserve tips By pressing into a foam filled sanding block Hard folding Dishing a part note 1 Making a hole option 1 How to double up a part note 1 Method of reinforcing box sections A basic tool kit
